For international trading activities, Globo-Piu Import Export Limited basically acts as trade co-ordinator between Buyers and Sellers as their representative and pursues the negotiation to mature the deal. Globo-Piu undertakes full responsibilities on behalf of its Principal Seller, but are not limited to :
- Completing of documentation formalities
- Ensuring opening of the Letter of Credit with correction verbiage
- Follow up and logging of all chronological events of the transactional activities starting from pre-shipment inspection, notification of shipment advice to buyer, cross-checking of Non-Nego Shipping documents with buyer as well as L/C issuing bank to avoid any document discrepancy issues.
- Ensuring payment disbursement well in time
- Ensuring buyer to take necessary preparations ahead of vessel arrival
- Monitoring cargo discharge & post landing inspection by own supervision team at discharge port
- Keeping note of total cargo discharge, handling loss, etc.
- Forwarding final discharge report to Seller
- Ensuring release of Performance Security (if any)
- Preparing and submitting the transaction closing report to its principal seller.
- Managing any and all complications throughout a transaction.
