Mr. S.M. Abdul Mannan
Chairman The Company’s Chairman Mr. S.M. Abbdul Mannan is a well known dignified personality in the business community in Bangladesh. In 9th National Parliament Election in 2009, he contested and was elected as the Member of Parliament from his constituency Manikgonj-2. Mr. Mannan has about 45 years vast experience in International business and as a construction contractor, he completed many overseas projects in Iraq & Kuwait.
Captain (Retd.) Mohd. A. Khaleq
Captain (Retd.) Mohd. A. Khaleq retired from Bangladesh Army in early 1987 and thereafter got involved in Local trading activities. Since 1992, he stepped into international market in RMG (Ready Made Garments) Sector and successfully executed series of orders as Agent of the European leading importers like Grouppo Casino, Cora Hyper Selection, Primark, Peacock, ALDI, H&M, etc.
In 2007, after global economic crackdown, the new company Globo-Piu Import-Export Limited was formed in order to shift the business activities to commodity sector. Under his leadership, team Globo-Piu is now fully capable to handle any bulk volume transaction including sound arrangements of total liner out delivery activities. From 2015- March 2018, team Globo-Piu has successfully completed delivery of 779,897 Metric Tons of Milling Wheat & 145,425 Metric Tons of 5% broken white rice to Directorate of food under Ministry of food.
